Can I turn up at Cacco without a booking?
No, all reservations need to be pre booked before arrival. If you book direct with us, you’ll always get the cheapest price.

Are children welcome at Cacco?
Yes. All children are welcome at Cacco, but they must be accompanied by an adult (over 18).

Do you have smoking rooms?
No. Smoking anywhere on site is against our policy.

Does Cacco have car parking facilities?
Free car parking is provided next to Cacco on Chapel Lane.

​How old do I have to be to stay at Cacco?
You must be at least 18 years old. Children are welcome but must be present with an adult.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are not currently allowed at Cacco.

What facilities does the room have?
All of our rooms are en-suite with a private bathroom. Each room has a TV, wardrobe, desk, bed, microwave, fridge and tea & coffee station.

Is bed linen and towels included in the room?
Yes, these are included during your stay.

Do you provide housekeeping services?
Rooms are cleaned before you arrive and serviced at regular intervals.

What is the latest time I can check-in?
Check-in closes at 22:00.

What is the earliest time I can check-in?
Check-in opens at 15:00. If you require an earlier check in, call us in advance so we can check if your room’s free – there would be a small fee to pay.

What is the latest time I can check-out?
10:00 is check-out on the departure date. If possible, we can extend your check-out time to midday - there would be a small fee to pay.

Do you offer breakfast?
We don’t, Cacco is room-only. There are many local eateries close to the accommodation.

Is there a bar or restaurant?
Cacco has no bar or restaurant, which is why our room-only service is so highly rated by our guests.

Can I leave my luggage after I check-out?
We can store your luggage for as long as you need, but there would be a small fee.

Do you offer disabled friendly rooms?
Unfortunately due to the location of the accommodation we’re currently unable to offer disabled-friendly rooms at this time. We hope to change this in the future for our guests..
